- How to find an account
- Go to eldplus.cyntrx.com and log in
- Click on Companies or Uses at the top and search
- How to log into an account
- Search out the company from above, and paste the main email into the log in page at eldplus.cyntrx.com
- Go back to the first page, and click on users
- Paste that email into the search bar
- Click Generate temporary password on the right hand side
- Copy and paste password onto the other page

- Log into account
- Go to logs tab
- Click on drivers name
- Search for the date and click view
- If the log has been signed, you will be able to edit it. Click edit on the top right.
- Click add new row at the bottom or edit the specific line above and save
- Driver will have to approve edits
- Driver forgot to log off
- You cannot edit a log that hasn’t been signed. If the driver signs the log, proceed with the instructions above.
- If the driver won’t sign the log, here are the steps to walk them through.
- Have the driver click on Logs on the bottom middle of their screen
- Click on the date they want to edit
- Scroll down to the graph and have them tap on it
- Click the add new event on the top right hand side
- They can add the status, start time, and end time, and click save
- Driver left themselves on driving overnight
- Make sure current status isn’t in driving
- Have the driver click on Logs on the bottom middle of their screen
- Click on the date they want to edit
- Scroll down to the graph and have them tap on it
- There are boxes under the graph, scroll to the one they want to change
- In the box there is a checkmark with a flag on it that says Annotate, have them click that icon
- Enter in reason why it is incorrect and save

- Click into the app on your phone
- Log in as the driver
- It will say that the password is already in use, log in anyway.
- Log out, and then the driver will then have to log back in
- Truck and Driver Profile don’t match/can’t assign truck
- Truck and Driver both need to be assigned to the same Region and Terminal for the driver to see it as available in the app. Exception to this is the Driver will have visibility of all trucks and trailers in the company if the Region and Terminal are left blank in that Driver’s profile.
- Cannot connect to the truck
- Check truck profile in Admin
- Make sure ELD is selected under Device Type, Geometris is selected under Hardware Device, and Device SN is filled in. (Cannot duplicate numbers and system will accept a bogus number)
- Driver has to be sitting in or next to the truck with either the key on or engine running.
- Check in Key to make sure device is tracking. May have to escalate to Tech.

- Search for user in the admin page
- Click on their name on the left
- Enter new password into the password field
- Click Update

- Search for user in the admin page
- Click on their name on the left
- Enter new username into the Employee ID field
- Click Update
- Time Change Issues
- Have the driver log out and reboot their device
- Log will correct itself on the next day (will not change a day in process)
