How do I Turn Off Battery Optimization?

The battery optimization needs to be turned off in the tablet/phone settings for the app to function properly.

1. Go to “Settings” in your tablet or phone
2. Scroll down the list and tap on “Apps”
3. Scroll down in Apps and tap on the "ELD Plus" or “Kinesis Pro ELD” app

4. In the App Info, scroll down and tap on “Battery”

5. If "Optimized" is selected, tap on the circle next to "Unrestricted"

Important – If you get a battery optimization message when you log into the app you need to follow the above procedure to turn off the optimization. Your app will not function properly if this is not turned off.
